There are two reasons why this might be happening:

  1. Emails from InstaSupply can be seen as threats by internal servers. To avoid delays accepting orders because you haven't seen the email, please ask your IT Department or Network Administrator to 'fully whitelist’ our domain, which is ‘Whitelisting’ means our emails will get flagged as ‘trustworthy’.
  2. Your email is not set as the ordering email. It means that someone else is receiving the message. If you would like to double check the registered email address, please get in touch with us.
