Your customer created a Purchase Order at InstaSupply and sent it to you. An email will be sent to the email address registered on the platform as the ordering email. If you're not receiving the orders or they're not going to the correct email, please click here.
If you received the email, please click on the blue button "To access PO, click here to login or register for free". You will be taken directly to the Purchase Order page. To accept it or deny it, please read how to do it here.
To access all the POs received at InstaSupply, please go to Sales > Incoming Purchase Orders. Please, bear in mind that the order can be in the tab "All".
