If your customer (InstaSupply user) wants to send you Purchase Orders via the portal, this text is important to you. Our system pulls the item information (description, unit, price) from your product list.

For instance, I'm creating an order and I write "apple". Items related to apple will be suggested for the user and he/she chooses one. If not found, a new item will need to be created; leading to the possibility of wrong description, unit or price. 

This can be corrected when sending the invoice but in order to avoid any misunderstanding, we advise you to maintain your product list as complete and up to date as possible.
