This tool is for suppliers that have a large amount of documents every month and are not sure if all of them are on the system. Uploading your statement via CSV will automatically inform you if there are any invoices missing. If this is the case, you can send it to us so your customer can see all the documents he/she should see.
To upload your statement via CSV, you can go to Sales > Upload Statement CSV and follow the steps. Please make sure that the columns on the CSV match with the suggested names on the system. The same procedure done when uploading Product List.
After uploading it, you will be taken to 'Missing documents' screen and will be able to upload the missing invoices by clicking on the blue button (see image below).
