If you want to invite someone within your company to join InstaSupply, please go to Your Business > Manage Your Users. You'll be taken to a page listing all of the users your company has.
Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and fill in the email address of the new user, then click on the blue button "Add new user".
Once you've added the new user, he/she should be found on the bottom of the list. The next step will be to assign a Role for the user, by clicking on the "Edit’"
Please bear in mind that a user without Roles won't be allowed to action anything on the system.
The new user will receive an invitation email with a temporary password and a link to the system. The temporary password is the whole text, including the gaps. For example, if your password is: ball jet dog cool you should copy from the first ''b'' until the ''l'', with the gaps in the middle.
