At the moment, InstaSupply is completely integrated with the accounting software Aqilla. As soon as you reconcile and approve the invoice, our system will automatically publish it into your Aqilla account. 

So, if you approved the invoice but you can't see it published on Aqilla, it might be the supplier that is not registered properly. If the problem persists, please talk to us via Intercom or email. 

If you use any other software, you can export your data via CSV (click here to learn how). If you have any problems uploading the file into your accounting software, please talk to us so we can understand it better.
